The Emergency Management Department of People's Republic of China (PRC) guides and supervises the safety technical training, assessment, certification and review of national special operations personnel; The safety production supervision and management departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the safety technical training, assessment, certification and review of special operations personnel within their respective administrative areas. The validity period of the special operation certificate is 6 years, and it will be reviewed once every 3 years. It needs to be re-examined after 6 years.
