(4)Replacement of seal ring size to be consistent. To strictly in accordance with the requirements of the manual, the same size of the seal ring, otherwise it can not guarantee the compression and other requirements.
(5) Avoid using old seals. The use of new seals, but also to carefully check its surface quality, to determine the absence of small holes, protrusions, cracks and grooves and other defects and have sufficient flexibility before use.
(6) installation, should be strictly cleaned first open hydraulic system parts, it is best to use a special tool to prevent the metal sharp edges of the fingers will be scratched.
(7) When replacing the seal, the seal groove should be strictly inspected, remove the dirt and polish the bottom of the groove.
(8) In order to prevent damage resulting in oil leakage, it must be operated in accordance with the regulations, and at the same time, it can not be overloaded for a long time or put the machine in a relatively harsh environment.
