2. Bad cylinder:
Pull when no resistance or force is very small, put the piston when no action or action powerless and slow, pull out the reverse force but continuous pull when slowly reduced; pressure when there is no pressure or pressure is very small, there is pressure, but the more the pressure is smaller.
3. General magnetic switch is not easy to be bad, but we often encounter in the actual operation of the magnetic switch does not work, there is no signal output phenomenon, this is because of the magnetic switch position installation changes, resulting in the induction of the cylinder in the magnet, which requires that we often check whether it is fastened.
We do not recommend repairing the cylinder, but sometimes for emergency use, we recommend that you leakage of cylinder, no action, slow action or stringing phenomenon can be a simple repair.
First of all, use the spring clamp to the end of the cylinder spring (screws) removed, the cylinder piston out, the piston will have a rubber ring above the general cylinder does not move, slow action or string gas is due to excessive wear and tear of the rubber ring caused by the rubber ring removed, and then install the new rubber ring, after the cylinder block clean and ensure that the two air inlet ports are smooth, after all OK will be the cylinder block!
