1. Inspection contents of the checklist
1, limit device, operate the electric hoist, and whether the electric hoist can stop in time when the hook touches the heavy hammer under the electric hoist.
2, wire rope, check for broken strands, broken wires, burrs and lubrication (don't get too much oil).
3. Whether the electric hoist leaks oil, the running sound and abnormal noise of the motor, and the winding of the wire rope on the drum and rope arranger.
4. Hook, check the corrosion of the hook and whether the connection between the hook and the small hanging plate is firm (tied with iron wire or reinforced in other ways), and the connection between the small hanging plate and the chain.
5. Whether there is crack between the chain and the ring, and whether the small hook at the bottom of the chain is corroded; Whether the length of the chain is appropriate.
2. Checker and number of inspections.
1, responsible department chief, maintenance worker, branch maintenance class, company electrician, once a day.
2, the responsible department monitor, check once per shift.
3, check the time spread out as far as possible, don't focus on a certain period of time.
4. The safety equipment supervisor shall conduct irregular inspections every week, 1 week at least twice.
5, check no abnormal phenomenon, tick; If there is any abnormality, mark × and explain the situation in the remarks.
6, to check out the problem, by the workshop maintenance personnel for maintenance, and fill in the elevator maintenance records.
7. Daily maintenance, such as lubricating steel wire rope and adding oil to electric hoist. , should be completed by the workshop repairman after maintenance.
Three. Dressing plant
At the end of the month, it will be collected, bound and filed by the equipment supervisor of the branch.
4. Evaluation
The number of inspections is strictly required, at least once each time. According to the requirements of Equipment Assessment Rules, the score of the current month will be deducted by 0. 1.

Drum: Check drum corrosion, weld corrosion and whether there is accumulated material inside; Whether the filter hole is blocked or corroded (manifested as enlarged filter hole); Corrosion and fastening of lifting rings (3 rings) on liquid retaining plate (hanging plate); Whether the locking handles are complete (8 pieces) and whether the bolts are tightened; Whether the locking devices (or pins, there are 9) connected between the liquid retaining plate (hanging plate) and the drum are intact and whether the pin holes are corroded.
4. Filter bag: whether it is seriously worn or has holes, and replace it in time.
5. Motor: integrity of motor protective cover; Motor temperature and running sound; Material accumulation on the motor; Number and wear of V-belts.
Second, check to fill in and check the number of times
1. The section chief and repairman of the responsible department, once a day.
2. The monitor of the responsible department should check once per shift.
3. The safety and equipment supervisor shall conduct irregular inspections every week, at least twice a week.
4. For the detected problems, the repairman of the responsible department shall carry out maintenance, and fill in the Maintenance Record of Hanging Bag Centrifuge.
5. Check that there is no abnormality, and tick √; If there is any abnormality, mark ×, and explain the situation in the remarks. After maintenance by maintenance personnel

Third, finish the work.
At the end of the month, it will be collected, bound and filed by the equipment supervisor of the branch.
Fourth, evaluation
Every time the inspection is missed, the factory equipment KPI will be assessed according to the Detailed Rules for Equipment Assessment, and 0. 1 point will be deducted.
