What is DuPont paper made of?
Dupont paper, also known as Nomex paper, is an environmentally friendly non-woven fabric produced by DuPont, also known as Tyvek or Tyvek. Dupont Nomex-T4 10t = 0.05 Nomex paper [1]. It is a kind of high-density polyethylene, which is a continuous filament formed by thermal melting and then thermal bonding of polymers. This unique technology can produce light but very tough materials. Dupont paper products combine the advantages of paper, film and fiber, and are tough and durable, with strong tear resistance. It conforms to national standards, such as American military standard (MIL-D-3464E), Japanese industrial standard (JIS Z 070 1) and German industrial standard (DIN 55473). Dupont paper can be used in many products, such as desiccant packaging, medical packaging, protective clothing, walls, laminated roof insulation materials, down lining, envelopes, packaging materials, car jackets and so on. Material characteristics: ● Waterproof and breathable ● High strength and tear resistance. From completely wet to completely dry, the expansion-contraction ratio of paper is less than 0.0 1%.
