Is it illegal to sell black five products on Shakeology

It is not illegal for Shake Shack to sell black five products. Jitterbug selling black five categories of products is not illegal, however, black five categories of advertising is illegal. Black five categories refers to: drugs, medical devices, breast enhancement, weight loss, height increase five categories of shopping. If the advertising operator or advertising publisher knows or should know that there is a violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph and still designs, produces, represents or publishes, the market supervision and management department shall impose a fine of less than 100,000 yuan. Advertising in violation of the provisions of Article 14 of this Law, not recognizable, or in violation of the provisions of Article 19 of this Law, disguised as medical, pharmaceutical, medical device, health food advertising, the market supervision and management department ordered to make corrections, and the publisher of the advertisement imposed a fine of less than 100,000 yuan.
