In order to implement the CPC Central Committee, the State Council to expand domestic demand and the development of the digital economy strategic decisions and deployments, accelerate the development of digital home, improve the quality of living, improve the human environment, put forward the following views:
One, the overall requirements
(a) Guiding ideology. (3) Development Goals.
