Can mask ingredients be written as sterile water?

Usually, the label of sterile water can't be seen in the ingredient list of facial mask, because sterile water is not an ingredient, but an auxiliary material used in the production process. If the manufacturer wants the user to know that the water used is sterile water, it can be stated in the production process or product characteristics of the product, such as "This product is produced by sterile water", but it is usually not listed in the ingredient list.
