First, really, Zhihu is not just a question-and-answer website that more and more people watch, but should have a far-sighted vision. Like Facebook, it didn't pay attention to profit from the beginning, in order to make human communication easier.
The idea of "human experience knowledge base" is really exciting.
Second, publishing should be a good way. I think it is of great value and significance to sort out Zhihu's questions and answers. Such a book will certainly benefit people a lot.
Third, we should be cautious about cooperation with recruitment and headhunting. Soon after coming to Zhihu, we found that this is really a good place to find talents. However, this will turn Zhihu into a talent agency, and if things involving interests are not handled properly, it will easily lead to disputes.
