One must conscientiously implement the rational use of antimicrobial drugs related to the spirit of the laws, regulations and normative documents, such as the "National Antimicrobial Drugs Joint Rectification Work Program", "Chinese People's Republic of China **** and the State Drug Administration Law", "Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances" and "the National Antimicrobial Drugs Administration Law". Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances", "Measures for the Administration of Prescriptions", "Interim Provisions on Pharmaceutical Management in Medical Institutions", "Measures for the Administration of Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Drugs and Guiding Principles", "Notice on Strengthening the Monitoring of Rational Use of Drugs in the Nation", and "China National Prescription Collection". We actively promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in the department, and closely integrate the special rectification work of antimicrobial drugs with the reform of public hospitals, the review of people's confidence in hospitals, hospital grade review, the medical quality of the Miles, and "three good and one satisfaction" and other activities.

Three, must seriously implement the prescription review and antimicrobial drug use notification system and antimicrobial drug use cautionary talk system, the existence of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs phenomenon, strict assessment, rectification and implementation, and documented as a title promotion, evaluation of excellence as an important assessment indicators.
Four, inpatient and outpatient antimicrobial drug use rate of no more than 60% and 20%, receive antimicrobial treatment of inpatient microbiological testing samples sent to the rate of no less than 30%.
Fifth, the proportion of antibacterial drugs for preventive use in patients with Class I incision surgery is no more than 30%; the time for preventive use of antibacterial drugs in inpatient surgery is controlled from 30 minutes to 2 hours before surgery, and the time for preventive use of antibacterial drugs in patients with Class I incision surgery is no more than 24 hours.
Sixth, clinicians must strictly implement the antimicrobial drug classification and management system; any discontinuation, replacement, joint use of antimicrobial drugs must be documented in detail in the medical record, if necessary, the signature of the department head.
Seven, the assessment of the irrational use of antibacterial drugs found as a monthly medical quality of monthly analysis of medical records as the main content.
