Article 3 Jinan Public Utilities Administration Bureau is the administrative department of urban water supply in this Municipality, and is responsible for the unified management of urban water supply in this Municipality. Article 4 The planned water supply shall be implemented in urban water supply, water conservation shall be strictly enforced, the domestic water of residents shall be given priority, and industrial water and other water shall be arranged as a whole. Article 5 The development of urban water supply should be incorporated into the national economic and social development plan to ensure that urban water supply is compatible with economic construction and social development. Chapter II Planning and Engineering Construction Article 6 The municipal administrative department of urban water supply shall, jointly with the municipal administrative department of urban planning, work out the professional construction plan of urban water supply according to the overall urban planning and the national economic and social development plan of this Municipality, and report it to the Municipal People's Government for approval, and be responsible for organizing its implementation.
