It evaporates in the evaporator and absorbs the heat in the air-conditioning circulating water (air), thereby cooling the air-conditioning circulating water to achieve the purpose of refrigeration, and flows out of the low-pressure The refrigerant is sucked into the compressor, and the cycle works like this.

2. The structure of the refrigerator

The refrigerator is composed of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and a throttling device. The compressor is used to compress the refrigerant vapor from a low-pressure state to a high-pressure state; the condenser cools the superheated refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor and condenses it into a refrigerant liquid. In the condenser, the heat of the refrigerant is discharged to the cooling medium.

Notes on refrigeration machines:

1. The closer the cold storage compressor is to the evaporator, the better. It is easy to maintain and has good heat dissipation. If installed outdoors, pay attention to rain protection. Anti-vibration gaskets need to be installed at the four corners, and the horizontal installation is firm. Pay attention to safety and not be easily touched by others.

2. Radiator installation: The closer the radiator is to the host, the better. It is best to be above the host. The radiator installation position provides the best heat dissipation environment.

3. Wire discharge All wires, in addition to being tied with air-conditioning ties, need to be protected with corrugated hoses or wire troughs.
