The Central Control Room mainly completes the data collection, monitoring and safety protection functions of 16 gas gathering stations and 30 valve chambers in the whole pipeline network of Puguang main body, 18 valve chambers in 7 gas gathering stations of Dawan block, 1 gas gathering terminal and 1 sewage station of Zhaojiaba, and it is also used as the data center of the whole system to send data to the dispatching office of the gas production plant through OPC server. The server provides real-time production data to the dispatching office of the gas production plant and Dazhou base. In the central control room, there are two duty rooms, a communication cabinet room and a printer room with the purification plant, a power supply room with the gathering and transmission head station, and an operation hall with the purification plant and gathering and transmission head station. The central control room is equipped with SCADA, CCTV, voice softswitch, industrial Ethernet, office network, dispatching telephone, PCM, etc. It is capable of realizing the data collection, processing and archiving of the whole gas field, the dynamic display of the process flow, the diagnosis of the SCADA system, the monitoring of the corrosion monitoring system, the display of the alarms, the management of the alarms as well as the query and printing of the events, as well as the pivotal point for the monitoring and control, which can be realized through the operators' It can execute all levels of shutdown commands for each gas gathering station and the whole gas field through the operator's workstation and ESD hand manipulation station, and has powerful emergency shutdown functions.
2. Logical Shutdown of Putian Gathering and Transmission System
2.1 Introduction of Logical Shutdown
The central control room of gathering and transmission mainly accomplishes data acquisition, monitoring and safety protection functions for 23 gathering stations (16 in Puguang gas gathering area and 7 in Dawan gas gathering area), 1 terminus, 1 sewage treatment station in Zhaojiaba, as well as 48 line cut-off valve chambers (30 in Puguang gas gathering area and 18 in Dawan gas gathering area) in the whole gas pipeline network. It also serves as the monitoring and control center, dispatching command center and data center of the whole system, adopting the management system of centralized management and decentralized control. The emergency shutdown of Putian gathering and transmission section **** is divided into four levels of shutdown.

2.2.2 Secondary shutdown
The secondary shutdown of the gathering and transmission system is a branch line shutdown, which needs to be triggered by human beings for the shutdown of the upstream station, its own valve chamber and the neighboring valve chambers caused by the gas leakage in the valve chamber or the fire.
2.2.3 Tertiary shutdown
Tertiary shutdown is the station pressure relief shutdown or pressure maintaining shutdown, pressure relief shutdown and pressure maintaining shutdown need to be triggered by human beings.
2.2.4 Four-stage shutdown
The four-stage shutdown is the station unit shutdown. For the gas gathering station is a single shutdown, the wellhead pressure is 30MPa or less than 6MPa automatically interlock the well safety valve shutdown and stop the well heating furnace, but also for human shutdown of a well. Four-stage shutdown is a single-line shutdown for the gas gathering terminal.

Four, the control room personnel

V. Risk Analysis
The mixture of gas output from the stations, valve chambers and tunnels is flammable, explosive and poisonous, with high concentration of hydrogen sulfide, high pressure, complicated terrain, dense population, difficulty in evacuating residents, and prone to wide-ranging hazards and other dangers after leakage.
1, fire
Station, valve room, tunnel equipment, pipelines, valves, flanges, instrumentation joints, etc., due to corrosion and perforation, aging seals or poorly sealed, will cause natural gas leakage, such as ignition sources are prone to cause fire.
2, explosion
Station containers, valve rooms, tunnel pipelines, etc. due to severe corrosion resulting in insufficient pressure capacity or due to operational errors, safety valve failure, ice blockage caused by overpressure, combustible gas leakage and air mixed to form an explosive mixture of gases, and fire out of control triggered by an explosion.
3, hydrogen sulfide leakage
Station, valve room, tunnel equipment, pipelines, valves, flanges, instrumentation joints, etc. due to corrosion and perforation, aging seals or poorly closed, hydrogen sulfide gas leakage, the environmental concentration of hydrogen sulfide will reach a safe critical concentration (20ppm) or more, more than the danger of the critical concentration (100ppm), and even reach a higher concentration, if the site If the operating personnel and the surrounding environment of the personnel to take improper measures, easy to trigger poisoning, resulting in casualties.
4, the wellhead device out of control
Putian natural gas components containing hydrogen sulfide 15%, 9% carbon dioxide, under certain conditions, easy to cause hydrogen embrittlement damage to steel, especially high-strength alloy steel and sulfide corrosion, and accelerate the aging of non-metallic materials, resulting in the destruction of the wellhead device, easy to cause the wellhead device out of control.
5, electrical fires and electrocution
Transmission and distribution lines of the power supply system, power distribution devices, various types of pumps and motors, lighting circuits and other electrical equipment and facilities, etc., the voltage is more than the safe voltage, if the grounding or zero protection device does not meet the requirements, insulation damage or aging, due to malfunctioning, misuse, unauthorized operation, and other reasons, triggered by electrical fires. Personnel touching the electrified body, will cause electric shock.
6, other dangers
