Regulations on attendance management of network companies

In order to promote the employees of our company to consciously abide by labor discipline, improve labor attendance and ensure normal work order, this attendance regulation is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law and the actual situation of our company.

I. Working hours and rest and vacation:

According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law, combined with the characteristics of technological development and market operation and the needs of post work, the company implements a standard working hour system of 35 hours per week, reasonably arranges employees' rest and arranges employees' holidays according to law.

Second, the attendance content:

1. Working hours: 9: 00 am-65438+2: 30 pm, 7 hours a day.

2. People who arrive during working hours without permission are late; Those who leave work early before the end of the day leave early.

3. During working hours, anyone who leaves his post without approval to handle affairs or private affairs unrelated to his post is deemed to be absent without leave.

4. Those who arrive late for no reason, leave early, leave their posts without permission for more than 60 minutes or fail to arrive at their posts without permission are absenteeism.

5. The duty and overtime of employees in each department shall be arranged by each department manager, and the compensatory time off shall be decided by each department manager. Under the principle of ensuring seven hours of work every day, the working hours can also be flexibly adjusted.

Third, the attendance regulations:

1. criticize and educate those who are late, leave early and leave without leave. If they refuse to mend their ways, they should be given appropriate disciplinary action. If the above acts cause losses or serious consequences to the enterprise, economic compensation shall be made, and the responsibilities of the parties and relevant personnel shall be investigated.

As for absenteeism, I have made a written review. Those who are absent from work for more than 0/5 days in a row or for more than 30 days in 12 months, or for more than 0/0 times in a month or more than 20 times in a year shall be removed from the list.

3. Absence will be deducted by days, and the calculation method is as follows:

Deducting absenteeism salary = total salary /22* absenteeism days * deducting absenteeism salary (100%)

Fourth, holidays and benefits:

(1) public holidays

All the following situations are public holidays.

1. With the approval of the Company, travel, attend meetings, study, train and participate in social activities according to law;

2. Being injured at work and in the medical treatment period;

3. National public holidays: one day on New Year's Day, three days on Spring Festival, three days on International Labor Day and three days on National Day.

4. Work leave. Ordinary people practice day five. If the work arrangement requires, they can take a monthly vacation. Under normal circumstances, employees' accumulated holidays shall not exceed ten days.

(2) Marriage leave

Employees get married according to law and have approved holidays.

Description of the holiday

3 days holiday (1) salary bonus will be paid as usual. If additional leave is approved, it will be regarded as personal leave.

(2) if you get married in a foreign country (referring to your spouse's workplace), you will be given a holiday according to the round-trip time of the trip.

(3) Late marriage refers to the first marriage when men reach the age of 25 and women reach the age of 23.

1. Employees who are injured due to illness or non-work-related (work-related) injuries and cannot work as certified by doctors shall be given sick leave.

2. Sick leave must be proved by a sick leave note issued by the hospital, and those without sick leave should be treated as personal leave or absenteeism.

3. If the sick leave does not exceed one month, the salary will be paid in full; If the sick leave exceeds one month, the company will decide the sick leave salary as appropriate according to the relevant regulations.

(4) Personal leave

Employees should avoid taking personal leave as much as possible. If personal affairs must be handled by themselves due to special circumstances, the company leaders may give personal leave as appropriate according to the work arrangement.

Accrued personal leave salary = total salary /30* days of personal leave * proportion of accrued personal leave salary (50%)

(5) Annual leave

1. All employees who have worked in our company for more than one year should enjoy paid annual leave. The calculation method of vacation time is as follows:

One year, less than three years and five days.

I have been in the company for three years, but less than five years and seven days.

More than five years 14 days.

2. Employees who have accumulated sick leave and personal leave for more than 15 days or have been injured at work for more than 30 days are not entitled to annual leave in that year.

3. The annual leave should be arranged by our company according to the working conditions and must be approved by the leaders. In principle, the vacation time shall be used once, and shall not be used across years or cumulatively.

4. Pay the salary and bonus during the annual leave.

Maternity leave and paternity leave (male and female employees must work in the company for more than one year)

1. The maternity leave for female employees is 90 days, including prenatal leave 15 days (i.e. prenatal leave 15 days and postpartum leave of 75 days). In case of dystocia, maternity leave will be increased by fifteen days. In the case of multiple births, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days for each additional baby. If a female employee is pregnant and miscarries, the company will give her a certain period of maternity leave according to the certificate of the medical department.

2. For female workers who give birth late (that is, women give birth to their first child at the age of 24), maternity leave will be increased by 15 days, and maternity leave will be increased by 35 days after receiving the one-child certificate.

3. Female employees with babies under one year old should breastfeed (including artificial feeding) twice in each class, each time for 30 minutes. For multiple births, the breastfeeding time will be increased by 30 minutes for each additional baby. If a female employee needs to be combined for breastfeeding for two hours per shift, she must go through the examination and approval procedures in advance if she wants to breastfeed with her family members.

4. Paternity leave for male employees is 2 days.

5. The provisions on maternity leave and paternity leave are not applicable to employees who violate the marriage law, family planning regulations and other national laws and regulations.

6. Pay as usual during maternity leave and paternity leave.

Employees must go through the leave formalities according to the examination and approval procedures, fill in the leave form in advance and report it to the department manager for approval. When you return to work, you should go through the formalities of terminating your leave. In case of sick leave or emergency leave, I or my relatives can call the person in charge of the company department to ask for leave or extend the leave, and then go through the written formalities afterwards, and ask the employees to ask for leave as soon as possible so as not to affect the work-related arrangements.

The leave of each department shall be examined and approved by the manager of each department and reported to the personnel department for the record.

1. The annual leave, personal leave, marriage leave, maternity leave and paternity leave of employees in the department shall be approved by the deputy general manager of the company, and reported to the personnel department for filing after the approval of the general manager;

2. The personal leave and sick leave of employees in each department shall be examined and approved by the department manager of the company, approved by the deputy general manager, and reported to the personnel department for the record.

2. This regulation applies to all employees of the company;

3. The right to interpret these Provisions belongs to the Finance and Personnel Department of the Company;

4. These Provisions shall be implemented as of February 1 day, 2003.
