The employer shall pay wages on a monthly basis, failure to pay in a timely manner can be to the Department of Labor and Social Security (Labor Inspection Brigade) to complain, report or to the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee to apply for labor arbitration.
Legal basis: Article 50 of the Labor Law, wages shall be paid in monetary form to the workers themselves on a monthly basis. Laborers shall not be withheld or owed wages without reason.
