Article 18 of the reserve warehouse shall organize full-time guard force to carry out guard work. In line with the armed police force guarding the scope of duty tasks within the scope of the fire and explosives reserve warehouses, oil reserve warehouses and storage of rare and precious metals of the integrated material reserve warehouses should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to apply for the armed police force to guard.
Article 19 of the stockpile warehouses should be developed to guard the program, guidance and supervision of the guard force to implement the guard duty system, the important parts of the guards to take the guard duty and vigilance patrols combined with the way to guard. The guarding program shall be revised in a timely manner in accordance with changes in the situation inside and outside the target, duty deployment and strength, and shall be submitted for approval in accordance with the authority of the preceding paragraph.
Reserve warehouses should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, set up in the target guard control area guard signs, according to the situation for the guard force with duty facilities, communications equipment and transportation.
Article 20 of the guards shall strictly perform the duties of the duty officer, comply with the duty discipline, familiar with the relevant requirements, to ensure the safety of the target. The main tasks are:

(2) to maintain the order of the guarded area, and report and dispose of the abnormal situation in time;
(3) to guard against and fight against the sabotage and terrorist activities of the hostile and unlawful elements, and to prevent and dispose of the Disasters and accidents;
(d) to fulfill the other safety and security tasks of the reserve warehouse.
Article 21 The reserve warehouse shall strengthen the organization, supervision and guidance of the guarding work, make clear the special requirements for the guards and the disposal of possible situations, and put forward timely revisions of the guarding program according to the situation.
