One

Infectious disease wards, infectious disease wards, infectious disease outpatient infectious disease patients or suspected infectious disease patients generated by a variety of glass (disposable plastic) infusion bottles (bags) must be strictly in accordance with the management of infectious waste. Not contaminated by the patient's blood, body fluids, excreta after the use of a variety of glass (disposable plastic) infusion bottles (bags), does not belong to the medical waste, do not have to be managed in accordance with the medical waste; but this type of waste recycling can not be used for the original purpose, used for other purposes should be in line with the principle of not endangering human health.
Two, the counties and districts health administrative departments to strengthen the jurisdiction of various types of medical institutions at all levels to use disposable plastic (glass) infusion bottles (bags) flow of supervision, the use of disposable medical infusion bottles (bags) after the recycling work to make unified arrangements for the deployment of a unified fixed-point recycling to avoid inflow of informal channels.
Three, the medical institutions to do a good job of disposable plastic (glass) infusion bottles (bags) classification and collection, transfer, temporary storage, etc., after the use of uncontaminated disposable medical infusion bottles (bags) can not be mixed with other medical waste and domestic waste. Medical institutions should strengthen the supervision of the use of disposable medical infusion bottles (bags), handed over to the legal unit with safe disposal capacity, and do a good job of handover, weighing, registration and statistics to ensure traceability.
Four, the recycling unit in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state after the use of disposable medical infusion bottles (bags) collection, transportation and disinfection, to ensure that the recycled products are not used for the original purpose and the production of food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, detergents and other related packaging containers and other uses that may be hazardous to human health. The destination, quantity, time and operator of the waste plastics after disposal of the recycled items should be registered for inspection. Strict operating procedures should be formulated, and the training and protection of relevant personnel should be done to ensure that the recovered items are not lost or artificially resold during the temporary storage, transportation and disposal process. Emergency plans should be established, once the items are found to be contaminated by medical waste or other unforeseen events, they should be reported in time and properly disposed of.
