The patient, male, 55 years old, had stripped hares on November 5, 2019 at the quarry.

No epidemiologic association was found between this case and the previous 2 cases. The patient has been isolated and treated at Hade County Hospital in Ulanqab City, and relevant preventive and control measures have been implemented. Twenty-eight close contacts have been isolated in situ for medical observation, and there is no fever or other abnormal manifestations at present. In addition, the close contacts of the two cases diagnosed on November 12, 2019 are under medical observation without fever and other abnormal manifestations.
