One, Party B cleaning work scope of services (including only the existing scope of cleaning work at the time of signing the contract)

Second, Party B's cleaning services (only those existing at the time of contract signing)

1, cleaning

(1), ground: hospital building indoor and outdoor floors (except for the cafeteria) cleaning, washing, sweeping the roads in the hospital, staircase and handrail cleaning.

(2), the internal wall: indoor aisles, ceilings, light fixtures, walls (including wall posters).

(3) Window surfaces: glass and sill surfaces of indoor aisles and halls (except for the exterior of overhead fixed windows).

(4), Furniture: workstations, desks, conference tables, nightstands, closets, chairs, stools, shoe racks, infusion racks and so on.

(5), restrooms, washrooms, mirrors, sinks, sanitary ware, urinals (including the first of the sewer cleaning and general dredging).

(6), electrical appliances: electric water heaters, air conditioners, ceiling fans.

Three, Party B cleaning service quality requirements and standards

Four, the cleaning contract amount and payment

V. Provision, Burden and Types of Cleaning Consumables

1. Cleaning consumables will be provided by Party B. Party A will only provide medical waste bags and disinfectant. The rest of the cost of cleaning consumables will be borne by Party B (within the monthly total lump sum fee).

Sixth, Party A's rights and obligations

1, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the users, and supervise the users to comply with the cleaning system.

Seven, Party B's rights and obligations

2. Party B must independently undertake the obligations stipulated in this contract and shall not transfer the management responsibility to a third party.

Eight, reward and punishment

Nine, bylaws
