Two, charges

7. The design fee shall be allocated in installments according to the design progress. Article 1 In order to regulate the behavior of engineering survey and design charges, and to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the Contractor and the surveyor and the designer, the Provisions and Engineering Survey Charges Standards and Engineering Survey Charges Regulations are formulated in accordance with the "People's Republic of China*** and the State Prices Act" as well as the relevant laws and regulations. Article 10 The survey documents or design documents provided by the surveyor or designer shall conform to the engineering and technical quality standards stipulated by the State and meet the content, quality and other requirements agreed in the contract.
Article 11 If the workload of engineering survey and engineering design increases or if the engineering survey site is suspended or the work is not carried out due to reasons of the contractor, the contractor shall pay to the surveyor or designer the corresponding engineering survey fee or engineering design fee.
Article 12 of the engineering survey or engineering design quality does not meet the provisions of article 10, the surveyor or designer shall rework. Due to rework increased workload, the contractor does not pay the engineering survey or engineering design fees. Due to the surveyor or designer work errors to the contractor caused economic loss, shall bear the liability in accordance with the contract.
Article 13 The surveyor or designer shall not deceive the contractor or collude with the contractor to overcharge the engineering survey fee or engineering design fee by increasing the amount of engineering survey work or raising the engineering design standard.
