2. The placing equipment of indoor and outdoor units should be fixed on a stable and flat foundation or bracket, and the horizontal outdoor unit must be placed in a place with ventilation, light protection, good heat dissipation and no obstacles around.

3. The installation process requires that the vertical position difference between indoor and outdoor units is ≤22m, and the horizontal distance of pipelines is ≤40m. If the position difference is too large, an oil storage elbow should be set every 6m to increase the pipe diameter and reduce the resistance.

4. The specifications of water supply, drainage, water supply pipe and drainage pipe and the specifications of power supply cable shall be led to the actual installation position according to the technical specifications.

5. Install and maintain special tools, such as pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, cutting machines, pipe expanders, welding tools (oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen cylinders), etc.

6. Install and maintain common tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters and ammeters. The quality of air conditioning installation is directly related to the use of air conditioning. The installation process is extremely important for the air conditioning in the computer room. If the installation is unqualified, you will continue to encounter trouble during use.

Precision air conditioning's installation program

Secondary handling of equipment in place.

1. Check the equipment box/appearance before the second handling;

2. After the equipment is in place, turn on the equipment, and check whether the air conditioner and the unit components are consistent with the technical data; 3. Check whether there are obvious pinholes, deformation and nitrogen pressure maintenance between the copper pipes connecting the refrigerant and the evaporator; 4. Check other parts, such as compressor, indoor unit and humidifier. Loose due to transportation, or falling off or damaged due to rough handling;

5. Whether the equipment and accessories are damaged or omitted after unpacking;

6. When handling equipment, use soft objects to provide appropriate protection for the equipment to avoid collision damage; 7. The standard processing interface is any space in the computer room or any barrier-free space on the same floor of the computer room. 8. The location of the equipment shall be implemented according to the design drawings. Without drawings, the location of equipment is very important for an efficient and balanced environment in the control room. The air conditioning system should be as close to the maximum heat load as possible. In a room with high aspect ratio, install the system along the longest wall to ensure uniform airflow distribution. Incorrect installation may lead to abnormal control or mechanical failure;

The refrigeration pipeline between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is connected by copper pipes, which are insulated.

Before installation, manually clean the inner wall of copper tube (including burr), and after welding, use high-pressure nitrogen to purge, and the weld seam is smooth without flash; Direction of copper pipe: horizontal and vertical, insulation sleeve joint has been bonded, pipeline connection: straight pipe joint and 900 elbow are adopted, and the ground at the lower part of indoor machine support is well insulated;

2. When the pipeline crosses the wall; All pipes run through the wall in parallel; When the pipeline passes through the wall, add casing (or lay rubber vibration isolation pads on the inner wall of the wall hole); After pipeline installation, the hole in the wall should be simply closed; Pipes shall not cross;

3. When the pipeline is installed in the external wall or ceiling; All pipe supports are complete; And meet the strength requirements; The metal support frame is not in direct contact with the surface of the copper tube; The slope of horizontal pipeline meets the design requirements, which is beneficial to oil return;

4. If the indoor pipeline requires the installation of a channel, it shall be settled by both parties through consultation;

5. When the condenser is 6m higher than the indoor unit, it is required to install an oil collector on the exhaust pipe; The condenser shall not be less than 5m of the indoor unit.

Responsible for the connection of indoor/outdoor power cord and signal cord.

1. The cable runs horizontally and vertically, and the cable insulation layer is not damaged;

2. When parallel to the user cable, the spacing of cable ties and the direction of knots should be consistent with the user cable. The signal wire shall be bound separately from the high-current or high-voltage cable, and the binding spacing shall be greater than150 mm; ;

3. The power line and signal line between indoor unit and outdoor unit shall be protected and fixed by PVC pipe;

The water inlet connector is connected with the drainage pipe.

1. The customer is responsible for connecting the water inlet pipe and drain pipe to the equipment. The inlet pipe should be installed with a manual stop valve near the unit for easy operation, and the handle should not be downward, so as to isolate the humidifier during maintenance; If the water pressure is higher than 150 PSIG (1034 kPa), the customer is responsible for installing a pressure reducing valve on the water supply pipeline of the system;

2. Be responsible for connecting the water inlet pipe and drain pipe of the indoor air conditioner;

3. Strictly guarantee the pipe diameter and slope when installing the drainage pipe;

4. Do a good job in water storage and drainage test to ensure smooth drainage, and install a trap in the drainage pipe;

System inspection, complete pressure test and vacuum pumping.

1. The pipeline pressure should be stabilized at 0.5MPA for 10 minute, and the constant pressure maintenance test of 1.8MPA can be conducted without leakage pressure. The holding time is 12 to 24 hours, and the pressure drop in the first 6 hours should not exceed 1%. When the temperature difference is not more than 5℃, the pressure drop should be less than 0. 18 MPA.

2. After the pressure test of the system passes, the system can be vacuumized, and the vacuumizing time depends on the size of the vacuum pump, the length and humidity of the pipeline. Vacuum the system to 10 1 kPa.

The engineer is responsible for filling refrigerant, debugging equipment, filling in the startup service report, and sending the service report to the manufacturer for preservation.
