I. Guiding ideology?

Three, encouraging policies?

After the issuance of this implementation opinion, this policy is not applicable to those who move from urban hukou to rural areas from January 1, 2019 and then move to urban areas to buy houses.?
Four, safeguard measures?
(I) Strengthen the organization and leadership.
