At present, in order to promote the urban municipal construction in Fujian Province, Fujian Province, the city municipal appearance, each city in Fujian Province have introduced mango trees as one of the components of urban garden construction. After decades of development, green mango trees have become an important part of the gardens along the urban roads in Fujian Province. Every summer, a large number of ripe mangoes are harvested, triggering the public's competition to pick them. However, as the mango trees planted on urban roads are green mangoes, there is a difference between them and edible mangoes used as fruits, which are not suitable for consumption. Moreover, because of the high water content of mango juice, it tends to stick to the ground after breaking, affecting the cityscape and passing vehicles. Therefore, the treatment of a large number of ripe mangoes every year is an important problem in front of the urban managers of each city. In this paper, the hazards of green mangoes on urban roads in Fujian Province to the public and urban roads are discussed. The exploration of greening mango preparation of Eco Enzyme is carried out, and finally the economic benefits of greening mango preparation of Eco Enzyme for urban roads in Fujian Province are envisioned.
Mangoes often take 80 to 150 days from blossoming to fruiting, and greening mangoes on roads in Fujian Province tend to ripen from mid-July to early August in summer. During the ripening period of mango, it is often easy to obtain diseases such as anthracnose, bacterial hornblotch, anthracnose and other diseases, and is prone to outbreaks of aphids, drilling bugs, cane plutonium, leaf-cutting weevil, kernel weevil, leaf gall midge, thrips, fruit fly, mesquite, orange pit fly and other insect pests [1-2]. In order to prevent diseases and pests from occurring in mangoes, municipal corporations often need to spray a large amount of pesticides, and green mangoes are often not further tested for pesticide residues, resulting in a large amount of pesticide residues in them.
In addition, as green mango trees are often planted on both sides of the road. Road traffic often also produces a large number of vehicle exhaust, exhaust contains a large number of heavy metal pollution, was absorbed by the green mango on both sides of the road. As a result, lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and other heavy metal elements in the green mango are often seriously excessive, and once the public picks and eats, these residual heavy metals are likely to enter the human body [3-4]. Therefore, the green mango of urban roads in Fujian Province is often unsuitable for consumption, and every harvest season, the relevant municipal departments have been timely to strengthen publicity to avoid public picking, resulting in serious consequences.
In the summer green mango harvest season, there are often a large number of mangoes fall to the ground, and many of them fall into the road. Because the mango itself is more juicy, resulting in once the car driving past, run over the mango, will cause the mango rupture, the juice will be attached to the car and the road. Mangoes sticking to the car may have a negative impact on the car, even affecting the normal use of the car and posing a safety hazard. Meanwhile, the mango that adheres to the road, after being exposed to the summer sun, will form a black mark on the road. This black mark is often difficult to clean, over time, for the road will have a greater impact on the aesthetic. At the same time, the summer mosquito breeding, mango rot, will also breed a large number of mosquitoes, for both sides of the road will have a certain adverse impact on the cityscape.
In summary, due to the characteristics of the green mango on both sides of the city road itself residual pesticides and heavy metals, it is not suitable for consumption. At the same time, if the mango is left on the ground for a long time without treatment, it will also have an impact on the city's roads and cityscape. As a result, municipal corporations in various cities in Fujian Province often need to collect large quantities of mangoes once summer arrives, and these mangoes are often just put away and not used. Therefore, there is a need to study the large amount of green mangoes produced every year, so as to improve its own economic benefits.
Mango enzyme production process is simple, and raw materials need less, the raw materials needed are as follows:
Green mango, Quanzhou City, collected on both sides of the road; brown sugar (analytically pure), Fujian Sugar Company Limited production; deionized water, the laboratory homemade.
Take 300g of green mango, will be picked by the city road green mango cut into small pieces, with the skin shell poured into a plastic bucket, and then add 0-100g brown sugar, and then add 1000g of deionized water, you can add specific strains of bacteria according to different purposes, and then stirred in the fermentation bucket, sealed and placed in about 3 months, you can successfully prepare environmentally friendly mango enzyme. According to the different roles, you can also add other fruits as additives to make composite enzymes.
In order to explore the appropriate recipe for the preparation of mango enzyme, the effect of the addition of brown sugar and the addition of deionized water was studied during the preparation process, and it was found that the proportion of brown sugar and the proportion of deionized water have a certain effect on the preparation of Eco Mango Enzyme. Among them, the addition of brown sugar has less effect on the preparation of Eco-Mango Enzyme, which is because the mango itself has high sugar content, and the sugar content in the fruit pulp reaches 14-16%, which is a high-sugar fruit, so it can be convenient for fermentation without the need to add extra sugar. At the same time, the amount of deionized water added also affects the growth of yeast, and a relatively large number of yeast can be obtained in the appropriate amount of addition of enzymes. Therefore, the ratio of green mango, brown sugar, and deionized water of the optimized eco-friendly mango enzyme is: 3:0:10, and using the formula under the optimal ratio, the eco-friendly enzyme stock solution with a yield of 70% can be produced for further refining or for use as an additive.
However, the Eco Enzyme itself is not an enzyme in the traditional sense, but an extract of plant enzymes. "The number of yeast itself does not determine the evaluation standard of enzyme, and there is no strict standard for the evaluation of enzyme because the research on enzyme is not sufficient. There is still a lot of room for research on enzymes.
The use of green mango to prepare eco-enzymes has less raw materials, simple process, higher yield, and a large number of mangoes collected by municipal corporations can be processed at one time, which has a very large potential for application. This chapter combines the relevant literature to explore the future of Fujian city road green mango preparation of Eco Enzyme of the product for the outlook.
Eco Enzyme can be used as a nutritional health food, enzyme has the following effects [6]: (1) scavenging free radicals, antioxidant function; (2) alcohol detoxification and liver protection health care function; (3) laxative health care function; (4) purification of the blood function; and (5) antibacterial function. Guo Yanping et al [6] prepared barley enzyme using barley and analyzed the components of the enzyme. The results found that the total phenol content increased by 29.25% during the fermentation of the original beneficial microorganisms of barley under natural conditions, and the scavenging ability of DPPH radicals, superoxide radicals and ABTS radicals showed a trend of gradual increase, which increased by 2.89%, 2.95%, and 10.20% before and after the fermentation, respectively. It indicates that the barley enzyme produced by fermentation has better antioxidant capacity. Using plant enzymes, Qu Jiale et al [7] carried out experiments on experimental mice fed with enzymes followed by alcohol and alcohol followed by enzymes, respectively, and found that the waking time of the experimental mice fed with enzymes followed by alcohol was significantly reduced by 44.9% compared with the control group, and there were no experimental mice that died of drunkenness. The experimental mice that were fed the enzyme after the first infusion of alcohol also showed a significant reduction of 30.5% in the sobriety time, indicating that the plant enzyme has a good effect of delaying intoxication and detoxification. However, due to the Eco Enzyme still contains high pesticide residues and heavy metal residues in the body, resulting in the produced Eco Enzyme, which is not suitable for use as a raw material for nutritional health food, but can be used as a feed for animal rearing. Zhou Yongxue et al [8] added enzyme additives to pig feed to investigate the production performance of pigs. The results found that adding about 5% enzyme additives to fattening pig rations can significantly improve pig production performance, improve health, reduce environmental pollution, and increase the economic benefits of pig rearing. At the same time, the feed made of enzymes can also be used as feed additives for seafood farming along the coast of Fujian, thus reducing feed costs, as well as alleviating marine pollution and reducing the outbreak of ecological disasters such as red tides due to water eutrophication.
In the human skin, contains a variety of enzymes, these enzymes can promote the enzymes can both clean the skin, accelerate the skin's metabolism, eliminate acne, lighten the wrinkles and thus improve the skin condition. However, with age, the content of enzymes in the human body will gradually decrease, which leads to a series of skin problems, therefore, Eco Mango Enzyme can be used as a topical beauty and health care products to replenish enzymes to the human skin. Ren Qing et al [9], used a paste enzyme, the human forearm skin as a test site, the average age of 23 years of age of 20 boys and girls 16 conducted enzyme whitening efficacy of human experiments, the results found that the paste enzyme on tyrosinase inhibition rate are higher than 80%, and with the concentration of the rise, 5% paste enzyme on tyrosinase inhibition rate of close to 100%, indicating that the paste enzyme The inhibition rate of 5% cream enzyme on tyrosinase was close to 100%, indicating that cream enzyme can effectively block the formation of melanin and slow down the aging of skin. Dong Yinmao et al [10], also using cream enzyme, conducted acne-related pathogenic bacteria inhibition experiments and human skin experiments, and found that the enzyme has a fairly high inhibitory effect on all three acne-related pathogenic bacteria. In summary, Eco Mango Enzyme has a very high potential as an additive ingredient in topical skin care products, facial masks, foot soaks, etc. It has a very high economic value. Currently, the biomedical industry in Fujian Province is also booming, and an innovation and research base around biomedicine has been established in Xiamen. The development of enzymes for the future development of biomedical industry in Fujian Province, also has considerable potential.
In the 1980s, Japanese microbiologists found that enzymes have a considerable role in agricultural biotechnology, and after decades of development, enzymes are now also used in purifying municipal wastewater [11]. Eco Enzyme is used to purify the environment through the compound fermentation of complex microorganisms by catalytic action, activation of beneficial microorganisms in the environment and inhibition of harmful microorganisms. Among the environmental enzymes used to purify the environment, a variety of composite strains such as lactobacilli, photosynthetic bacteria, bifidobacteria, bacilli, actinomycetes, yeasts, acetic acid bacilli and fermentation can be introduced. In the use of enzymes to purify urban wastewater in the process, enzymes in the bacteria will absorb organic matter in the wastewater, catalyzed by organic pollutants in the metabolic rate, while reducing the system sludge production rate so as to achieve a chemical-free treatment, no taste, no pesticide treatment. The green mango enzyme for urban roads can have specific efficacy in purifying sewage after the introduction of specific strains of bacteria. The green mango enzyme can be an important part of the biological purification of the city sewage treatment plant, which will play an increasingly important role in the future smart ecosystem of the city of Fujian Province. At the same time, it can also be used to replace traditional chemicals to prepare detergents, air fresheners and car maintenance agents.
Currently, organic agriculture has become an important direction in China's agricultural development. Traditional chemical fertilizers and pesticides are widely used, which can lead to a series of problems such as soil crusting, reduced permeability, loss of soil nutrients, and rampant pests and diseases. The new bio-fertilizers prepared by enzymes provide a new research direction for the solution of these problems. Currently, enzyme biofertilizers have been put into application in the cultivation of grain crops, vegetables and fruits. Wang Xianquan [12] used enzyme biofertilizers, and traditional fertilizers mixed program, LiaoDan 121 corn cultivation, and calculated the comprehensive economic cost. The results found that the mixed nutrients of the enzyme bio-fertilizers are complete, and can replace other chemical fertilizers as base fertilizer, follow-up fertilizer application, supplement soil organic matter, improve microbial activity, but also can minimize the cost of fertilizers to achieve the recycling of organic fertilizers, so as to improve the soil output rate. Currently, northern Fujian is actively centered around ecological and environmental protection, to create organic eco-agriculture industry. As a substitute for traditional chemical fertilizers and pesticides, Eco Enzyme plays a vital role in promoting the development of eco-agriculture in northern Fujian, and the green mangoes accumulated in various cities in Fujian Province every year are enough to supply the eco-agriculture in northern Fujian, realizing the goal of "green mountains are golden mountains".
At present, each city in Fujian Province has planted a lot of green mango on both sides of the road, every year in the mango blooming season, will be due to these ripe mango, for the municipal company to produce a lot of trouble. This paper explores the hazards of green mangoes on urban roads for public health and road traffic. The study on the preparation of Eco Enzyme from green mangoes of urban roads was explored and it was found that Eco Mango Enzyme with high yield can be prepared by simple preparation industry. At the same time, by adding specific strains of bacteria in the preparation process, enzymes with different efficacy can be prepared. After that, the application of the environmental mango enzyme prepared from mango for urban road greening in Fujian Province was prospected. The Eco-mango enzyme prepared from mango in the greening of urban roads in Fujian Province can be used as a feed additive for coastal aquaculture in Fujian Province, and has great potential for research in the development of biomedical industry in Fujian Province. In addition, Eco-Mango Enzyme can be an important part of the future smart water purification system in Fujian Province. The bio-fertilizer prepared by Eco-Mango Enzyme will also play a very positive role in the construction of eco-agriculture in northern Fujian. In the future, municipal corporations in various cities in Fujian Province should actively explore the role of urban green mango to realize the waste into treasure and improve the economic benefits of the city.
