Shinseida implements the globalization strategy by setting up R&D centers and manufacturing centers in China and Germany; setting up Hong Kong International Shinseida Electric Co., Ltd. overseas; setting up North American sales agency in Canada; and setting up liaison offices in Turkey and other countries. The China R&D center and factory are located in Jiading District, Shanghai, China. The factory has the most advanced SMT mounting production lines, automated three-dimensional warehouses and other modern production and processing equipment made in Germany, the United States, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore and other countries. The R&D center has facilities such as elevator test shaft, test center, multi-functional conference hall and customer training center. The first phase of the new inverter factory has an investment of 150 million RMB, covers an area of 26,000 square meters, and has a building area of 32,000 square meters; among them, there are modern low-voltage inverter workshop, high-voltage inverter workshop, scientific research building, and expert building and other facilities.
Xinshida is a national post-doctoral research station, and its technology center has been recognized as a Shanghai-level enterprise technology center. The elevator group control system won the Shanghai Science and Technology Invention Award, the elevator control system was recognized as Shanghai Famous Brand Product, and STEP was recognized as Shanghai Famous Trademark. The elevator control cabinet was awarded as the national user quality satisfaction product, the chairman of the company and the R & D merit at the same time was elected Shanghai model worker, after-sales service department was awarded the Shanghai May Day Labor Award.
