When testing equipment in the factory, a colleague A was accidentally electrocuted and fell to the ground. Colleague B, who was working together, discovered the accident and started to give help. C, a coworker who came over temporarily, assisted in calling the police and reporting the incident.
B's work:
The first step is to get the electrocuted person off the power supply. Find the upper switch, quickly pull the power switch. Because it is a more familiar work plant, so colleagues know the location of the switch very well, to ensure that the switch is pulled quickly. *** There are five ways to disengage the electrocuted person from the power source: pulling, cutting, picking, tugging, and padding.
The second step is to determine whether the electrocuted person is conscious or not. 5s quickly tap the shoulder and shout loudly to determine whether the electrocuted person has lost consciousness. If conscious, let them rest, slowly can return, if not conscious, continue to perform the third step.
The third step is to determine the heartbeat and respiration. Within 10S, use the method of "look, listen and test" to determine. Two see - see the casualty's chest, abdomen with or without undulation; see "pupils" whether dilated. Listen to the sound of exhalation from the mouth and nose; listen to the sound of the heart beating. Two tries - test the mouth and nose with or without exhalation of air flow; test the carotid artery with or without pulsation.
The fourth step, according to the state of false death to start resuscitation. There are three kinds of pseudo-death state: breathing without heartbeat, no breathing with heartbeat, no breathing without heartbeat. The corresponding rescue methods are chest compressions, artificial respiration, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Before the arrival of the ambulance, the rescue cannot be stopped. This drill uses CPR.
The method of chest compression: the technique of compression is shown below. The position of the press is the midpoint of the line between the two nipples. The pressing frequency is 100-120 times/minute. The depth of pressure is 5-6cm below the sternum.
Artificial respiration: Keep the airway open, the frequency of artificial respiration: 12-16 times/minute; tidal volume: ?500-600mL/time.
The method of CPR: according to the ratio of chest compression and artificial respiration 30:2, do five cycles sequentially; time not more than 150s; the number of errors is less than 30 times.
Step 5: B and C carry A to the crash cart on a stretcher.
Notes on lifting the stretcher:
Feet facing forward, head facing back;
Secure the body on the stretcher.
Try to stay at the same height when descending stairs.
C's work:
1. Quickly dial 120, inform the other side of the content: someone electrocuted, the location is XX factory.
2. Coordinate with colleague D to go to the nearest intersection to pick up the 120 emergency vehicle.
3. Call the emergency team leader XX to report the situation, the director of the department reported to the company leader in charge of safety XX.
