Working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor
The working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor is based on magnetic field. In a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the current in the stator coil will produce a rotating magnetic field. This rotating magnetic field will be induced and responded by the permanent magnet on the rotor, thus making the rotor start to rotate. Permanent magnet synchronous motor consists of three main parts: rotor, stator and permanent magnet. The rotor is the rotating part of the motor, and the rotation is realized by the magnetic field interaction between the stator and the permanent magnet. Stator is the static part of the motor, which contains a set of coils for generating rotating magnetic field. Permanent magnet is an element composed of strong magnets, which generates a constant magnetic field. Through the interaction between the magnetic field and the rotor, the motor starts to rotate. Permanent magnet synchronous motor is a very useful motor type, which has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high efficiency and high power factor. It can play a role in many fields, such as industrial production, transportation, medical equipment and so on.
