Investigation on enterprise sewage discharge

There are 90 electroplating enterprises in Changzhou. Compared with other industries, the number of enterprises is not large. But the impact and pollution caused by these 90 enterprises on the environment are beyond your imagination. Electroplating industry, as an indispensable and important supporting industry in mechanical and electronic industry, has its rationality and inevitability. How to promote industry development and minimize environmental pollution? Since September this year, the environmental protection department of our city has started a large-scale rectification of the electroplating industry. This rectification is not so much supervision as promoting the integration and reshuffle of the industry.

Small and chaotic industries have created amazing environmental pollution.

In the production workshop, the tools are messy, light smoke fills the air, the air is filled with a sour taste, an exhaust fan in the south window rotates weakly, and sewage is everywhere on the ground. Li Zhong, a staff member of Changzhou Solid Waste and Radiation Environment Management Center, who led the reporter to interview, repeatedly reminded everyone not to step on electroplating wastewater, which is very corrosive.

This is a scene that the reporter recently saw in an electroplating enterprise near the 239 provincial road in Xinbei District. The person in charge of the enterprise showed everyone around the newly purchased pollution control equipment at a cost of 260,000 yuan. After seeing this equipment, Li Zhong said, "It's basically just a show, and it can't meet the requirements."

This workshop-style factory is not a case. In another electroplating enterprise in Tangzhuang, although the factory environment looks better than the first one, Li Zhong said that it is not much better. "So much acid fog in the workshop will destroy people's respiratory mucosa."

The investigation and daily inspection by the municipal solid waste management center since last year show that there are three major pollution problems in electroplating industry: wastewater, waste gas and waste residue. The "three wastes" may be small in quantity, but the pollution is very serious, especially the electroplating wastewater, which can be called "strong pollution" and is very harmful to the water environment, soil and workers' health. The electroplating industry is scattered, small in scale and common in factories. Sometimes it takes law enforcement officers half a day to find the scene. The pollution control facilities are outdated and the environmental management level is low; Backward production technology, weak awareness of environmental protection and poor sense of social responsibility.

Of these 90 enterprises, only a handful meet the emission requirements.

It seems that it is time for this industry to be rectified. In September 2008, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau issued the Standardization Work Plan of Electroplating Industry, which started the standardization work of 90 electroplating enterprises in an all-round way and formulated the rectification plan of "one factory, one policy".

One of the measures to rectify the electroplating industry is "merger", that is, the existing electroplating enterprises are merged and integrated to promote the improvement of the level. There are 48 electroplating enterprises in Wujin District, accounting for nearly half of the number of electroplating enterprises in the city. The pressure of bidding can be imagined. In Yang Qi Electroplating Park in Henglin Town, Changzhou Longyang Metal Products Co., Ltd. and other five electroplating enterprises joined forces to build a sewage treatment station equipped with pollution control equipment, and the treatment cost was shared according to the amount of wastewater generated by each household.

The person in charge of one of the five enterprises said that if each company did it by itself, the cost of sewage treatment facilities and personnel would be similar. Now the construction cost of sewage station is shared according to the size of each factory, and the sewage treatment cost is shared according to the wastewater output of each factory.

Wang, the head of Zhonglou Modern Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd., admitted that after the outbreak of cyanobacteria last year, the company invested more than 3 million yuan for rectification. Before rectification, the maximum amount of wastewater discharged per day is100t. Now, the wastewater discharge has been reduced to 35 tons per day, of which 25 tons have been recovered, and only 10 tons are actually discharged. In addition, different wastewater is treated by different recovery methods and processes, and the treated discharged water meets the national regulations. The company is also looking for alternative materials to control possible pollution from the source. For example, the oil remover used in the past has a good effect, but the COD emission is high. Now we have found a substitute product with similar price, which has the same effect, but greatly reduces the discharge of COD.

Give a good review, O(∩_∩)O Thank you.
