Article 37 No unit or individual shall use the mails to send articles containing the following contents:

(1) incitement to subvert state power (a) incitement to subvert state power, overthrow the socialist system or split the country, undermine national unity and jeopardize national security;

(b) disclosure of state secrets;

(c) spreading rumors to disrupt the social order and destabilize society;

(d) incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;

(e) propagation of cults or superstitions;

(f) propagation of cults or superstitions;

(g) propagating the use of the mail;

Any unit or individual shall not use the mail to send articles containing the following contents:

(a) any article containing the following content p>

(vi) spreading obscenity, gambling, terrorist information or abetting crimes;

(vii) other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
