Anhui Huasheng 500MW heterojunction battery module project started in July 2020, and started construction in June 2020 165438+ 10/. After four months' efforts by more than 200 people from Huasheng Company, supporting equipment manufacturers, main and auxiliary materials suppliers and the construction unit CLP No.2 Team, the 500MW heterojunction battery production line was officially put into production on March 10. Since then, after nearly a week's debugging and trial production by Anhui Huasheng Battery Division, based on the equipment of core equipment manufacturers such as Maiwei and Ideality Wan, and the low-temperature slurry of Zhonghuan N-type silicon wafer, Keke, the average conversion efficiency of batteries in its 500MW battery production line has reached about 23.8%, and the highest efficiency of batteries has reached 24.39%. Xu Xiaohua, CEO of Anhui Huasheng, told us: "It's much smoother than expected. I'm thinking that it will take some time for efficiency debugging and production line stability. And now the efficiency of the film is still quite good, it should be said that it is much better than I expected. We once made a plan to increase production. The initial efficiency of factory operation was originally expected to be 22+%. The actual situation is equivalent to one month to one and a half months in advance. "

According to the introduction of SOLARZOOM new energy think tank, Anhui Huasheng 500MW heterojunction battery module project has created a number of HJT industry records at home and abroad, which is of far-reaching significance to the development of heterojunction technology and even the whole photovoltaic industry:

First of all, Anhui Huasheng 500MW heterojunction battery production line is the world's first intelligent HJT mass production battery production line with domestic equipment. Huasheng's 500MW battery line adopts the cleaning and texturing equipment of Qiweixing, PECVD equipment of Maiwei and Ideality Wan, equipment of Maiwei, screen printing equipment of Maiwei and Zhongchenhao, and adopts the MES system released by Maiwei at the HJT2.0 product conference on February 4, 2020 to schedule and intelligently optimize the whole battery production line.

Secondly, Anhui Huasheng 500MW heterojunction assembly production line is the world's first HJT mass production assembly production line with high-precision series welding equipment, and 12SMBB battery series technology is applied for the first time.

Thirdly, Anhui Huasheng 500MW heterojunction project will introduce silver-plated copper paste into the production line of mass-produced HJT batteries for the first time in the world. After the introduction of silver-coated copper, the gap between the unit silver consumption of HJT battery and PERC battery will be greatly reduced from about 65,438+000% in 2020 to less than 20%, and there is still room for further decline in the future, close to or even lower than PERC, truly opening the era of low-cost mass production of HJT technology.

Fourthly, Anhui Huasheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is the first GW-class new entrant in the field of HJT battery components in China. The 500MW project put into operation in Anhui Huasheng will reach production at the end of June after about three months of capacity climbing. After putting into production, Anhui Huasheng will immediately start the expansion of 2GW HJT battery+components in the second half of the year, and will provide GW-class HJT components with lower cost, higher efficiency and higher power generation per watt to the global market in 2022.

Fifthly, in the 500MW heterojunction project, Anhui Huasheng will use the mass production data to verify the brand-new Jiangsu Qiweixing 8000 tablets/hour cashmere cleaning equipment, the first ideal 5000 tablets/hour PECVD equipment, the first 8000 tablets/hour PECVD equipment of Maiwei, the first 8000 tablets/hour PVD equipment independently developed by Maiwei and the screen printing equipment of Zhongchenhao. In addition, Anhui Huasheng has reserved some production sites, which will be used to verify more and more domestic HJT equipment with greater capacity, and promote the full localization and rapid cost reduction of HJT equipment.

HJT technology has been developed for 30 years since Japan Sanyo Company creatively applied intrinsic amorphous silicon thin films to heterojunction batteries in 199 1. Today, driven by a large number of outstanding photovoltaic enterprises in China, such as Anhui Huasheng, Maiwei, Ideal Million, Central and so on. And with the joint efforts of technicians from all links in the R&D and HJT industrial chains, China photovoltaic manufacturing has finally realized the low-cost and intelligent commercial mass production of "HJT battery, the ultimate platform-level technology for human beings to reach laminated solar cells". For this day, each of us HJT has paid too much. But we always believe that the main energy source of mankind in the future must be photovoltaic, and the main battery technology of photovoltaic in the future must be HJT.
