This machine is mainly composed of evaporator, preheater, condenser, electrical automatic control part. The evaporator adopts vertical tube falling film evaporation principle, in order to ensure the quality of distilled water, the evaporator is equipped with special vapor separation device.
The working principle of this machine is based on the different working pressures between the evaporator of each effect, the pure steam produced by the first effect can be used as the heating steam of the next effect (the heating steam of the first effect is the boiler steam) so that after the evaporation of multiple effects of heat transfer, the raw material water is fully vaporized, the pure steam produced by each effect is cooled during the process of heat transfer for distilled water, so as to achieve the purpose of saving heating steam and cooling water.
The whole working process is as follows:
Qualified raw material water is pressurized by multi-stage pump and then enters into condenser for heat exchange through flow meter, and then enters into preheater of each effect in turn, and the temperature after heat exchange can be up to 10-15℃ lower than the heating steam of each effect evaporator, and then enters into the evaporator of one effect through the water distributor to spray on the wall of the heating tube, so that the material water in the tube becomes film flow, and is heated and vaporized by the steam from the boiler. The steam from the boiler heating vaporization, resulting in water droplets of the secondary steam, from the lower end of the heating tube into the vapor separation device, was separated from the pure steam into the next effect as a heating steam, was not evaporated raw material water into the next effect to repeat the above process, the rest of the principle of each effect and the first effect is the same. Only the first effect of the evaporator heating steam is from the boiler, so the effect of the condensate can not be used as distilled water, should be discharged back to the boiler room or for other purposes, the rest of the condensate is condensed by pure steam, the heat source has been removed, so it can be qualified distilled water.
