Two, must be more than three days in advance for the stretcher passengers to buy tickets, apply to the airline, and according to the requirements of the sick traveler to fill out the Diagnostic Certificate. The diagnosis must be issued and stamped by a tertiary hospital within 48 hours before the travel of the sick passenger, and should be signed by the attending physician at the same time. The Diagnostic Certificate for passengers suffering from serious diseases (cardiovascular, cancer, acute trauma, etc.) must be issued within 24 hours prior to travel. The airline decides whether or not to carry the passenger accordingly.
Third, fill out the "Application for Special Passenger Flight" and have it signed by the passenger or his/her family.
