Three, the lease payment

Four, the rights and obligations of Party A and Party B
(A) the rights and obligations of Party A
1. Party A has the right to require Party B to pay the lease fee within the specified time.
2. Party A has the right to require Party B to pay late fees if the payment of the transfer fee is not made in time due to Party B's reasons.
3. Party A guarantees the accuracy, legality and timeliness of all licenses provided for the clinic.
4. Party A is obliged to assist Party B to carry out the routine annual review of the license of the clinic, but Party B has to pay the costs incurred in the annual review.
(2) Party B's rights and obligations
1. Party B has the right to request Party A to provide all the licenses and procedures related to the operation of the clinic.
2. Party B has the right to demand compensation from Party A for any damage to Party B's interests caused by Party A's provision of false licenses and procedures.
3. Party B is obliged to pay the transfer fee in full and on time according to the agreement.
4. After the signing of this agreement, the unexpected events occurred in the process of operation shall be borne by Party B.
V. Dispute Jurisdiction
If there are differences in the fulfillment of this Agreement between Party A and Party B, the parties shall negotiate and settle the dispute amicably or apply for mediation; if the negotiation or mediation fails to settle the dispute, the parties shall sue to the People's Court where they are located in accordance with the law.
Sixth, the conditions for the termination of this contract
The parties can negotiate in writing to terminate the contract.
