Article 8 To apply for the establishment of a cord blood hematopoietic stem cell bank, it shall meet the requirements of the national planning and layout, and meet the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions for the establishment of a general blood bank:

(1) Having the foundation of hematology research and the ability of hematopoietic stem cell research;

(2) A design scheme with high cleanliness space and refrigeration equipment that can store not less than 65,438+00,000 copies of umbilical cord blood;

(3) Having laboratories and data storage rooms that meet GMP and GLP standards, such as hematology biology, HLA matching, detection of related pathogens, genetics and cryobiology, and cord blood treatment;

(4) Having instruments and equipment such as flow cytometry, program-controlled freezer, PCR, cell freezing, relevant detection and computer network management;

(5) Having technical, managerial and service personnel who independently carry out laboratory hematology, immunology, hematopoietic cell culture, detection, HLA matching, pathogen detection, cryobiology, management, quality control and monitoring, instrument operation, data storage and enjoyment;

(6) Having a safe and reliable source of umbilical cord blood;
