The limit of public tendering is 800,000 yuan and above for goods and services, and 2,000,000 yuan and above for engineering. Procurement projects that reach the limit standard or above shall be organized by public tendering; projects below the limit of public tendering are mainly procured by competitive negotiation.
The states (cities), counties can be based on the actual situation in the region, the directory of the procurement limit standards for appropriate adjustments, but shall not be added or subtracted from the procurement of directory items, and will be adjusted for the record of the Department of Finance of Yunnan Province.
