Working principle of compressed refrigeration water dispenser

There are many kinds of drinking fountains on the market now, such as warm, cold and hot, and compression refrigeration. Today, PChouse will tell you about the working principle of the compressed refrigeration water dispenser.

Press the refrigeration switch of the compression refrigeration water dispenser, the refrigeration green indicator lights up, and the compressor starts to operate, absorbing the refrigerant vapor that has absorbed heat and gasified in the evaporator, and then compressing it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is sent to the condenser, which radiates heat to the outside air and condenses into high-pressure liquid, and then flows into the evaporator through capillary throttling to reduce pressure, absorbing the heat of the cold tank, lowering the water temperature, and then being sucked back by the compressor. In this way, the circulation achieves the purpose of cooling.

Press the heating switch, the heating circuit is connected, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up. When the temperature reaches our specified temperature, the thermostat will automatically reset, the power supply will be cut off, the red heating indicator light will go out, and it will turn into the heat preservation state. After the power failure, the water temperature gradually dropped. When the temperature drops to the set temperature, the thermostat contacts are closed, the power supply is turned on, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up again. In this way, the water temperature is controlled between 85 and 95℃.

The temperature fuse and the manual reset thermostat of the fuse in this water dispenser are both protective devices, which automatically fuse or disconnect the circuit when the circuit is overheated or overloaded, thus playing a role in safety protection.
