Two Requirements for Practitioners
(1) If the animal clinic is engaged in animal treatment activities in the township, there shall be one or more veterinary personnel with a secondary school or the equivalent of secondary school veterinary education or obtaining the title of assistant veterinary technician or above.
(2) if engaged in animal diagnostic and treatment activities in the county or above, there should be more than two veterinary personnel with college or above veterinary professional qualifications or obtain the title of veterinary surgeon or above.
(3) Familiar with and abide by the Animal Disease Control Law, veterinary drug management, animal diagnosis and treatment and other relevant laws, rules and regulations, with good social and professional ethics.
(4) Be in good health, have no human or animal **** infectious diseases, and have no color blindness.
Three Facility and equipment requirements.
(1) with the diagnosis and treatment of the volume of business appropriate to the diagnosis and treatment of the place, with independent clinic room, operating room, pharmacy, testing room and sick animals isolation room (box).
(2) Configuration of drug cabinets, instrument cabinets, refrigerators, microscopes, autoclave sterilization equipment, ultraviolet disinfection lamps, spray sterilizers and other basic diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
(3) Equipped with appropriate harmless treatment facilities.
(4) With appropriate noise prevention facilities and soundproofing hardware.
(5) internal system requirements in accordance with the provisions of the establishment of medical records, prescriptions, medication, disinfection, outbreak reporting, medical waste, as well as harmless disposal of animal carcasses and other systems and files.
