1, mold installation and adjustment:

1. 1 Preparation before installation of stamping die: remove hopper and feeder. Open the right door and turn the handwheel to clean the working face, die hole and die to be installed. Rotate the pressure regulating pulley to minimize the pressure. Remove the lower punch loading and unloading rail.

1.2 installation of the middle die: screw the fastening screw of the middle die on the turntable out of the outer circle of the turntable by about 1 mm, and be careful not to touch the powder suction nozzle and other parts, and it is advisable not to touch the screw head when installing the middle die. The middle die device is relatively tight, so it should be stabilized. Insert the punch into the upper hole, and then tap it in gently. After the middle die enters the die hole, its plane is not higher than the plane of the turntable, and then tighten the screw.

1.3 Install the upper punch: first remove the tongue, then insert the upper punch into the hole, and turn the punch with your thumb and forefinger to check the flexibility of the head sliding up and down in the middle die. If there is no jam, it is qualified. Then turn the handwheel until the neck of the punch touches the parallel guide rail. After the upper punch is completely installed, install the tongue insert.

1.4 installation of the undershoot: install by the method of upstroke, and install the loading and unloading rail of the undershoot after installation.

1.5 operation: after the complete set of dies are installed, turn the handwheel to make the turntable rotate for two turns, and observe that the upper and lower punches enter the middle die hole and run on the track. No jam or collision is allowed. It should be noted that the highest point (that is, the film outlet) should be 0. 1 ~ 0.3mm higher than the turntable working surface. Close all the doors, start the motor, idle for 2 minutes, and use it after running smoothly.

2. Installation and adjustment of the feeder: install the feeder on the feeder support frame, then screw on the knurled screw, then adjust the adjusting screw to make the gap between the bottom surface of the feeder and the turntable table top be 0.05 ~ 0. 1mm, tighten the knurled screw, and then adjust the height of the powder scraping plate to make the bottom surface flush with the table top. Tighten the screws.

3. Adjustment of filling quantity: The adjustment of filling quantity is controlled by an adjusting handwheel installed on the right side of the front of the machine, and the side of the handwheel has an indication mark. When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the filling quantity decreases, and vice versa. When adjusting, pay attention to the fact that there are enough particles in the feeder, and at the same time, adjust the pressure to make the tablets have enough hardness for weighing.

4. Adjustment of tablet thickness (pressure): The adjustment of tablet thickness (pressure) is controlled by an adjusting handwheel installed on the left side of the front of the machine, and the side of the handwheel has an indication mark. When the handwheel rotates counterclockwise, the tablet thickness decreases (pressure increases), whereas the tablet thickness increases (pressure decreases). After the filling amount is set, check the thickness and hardness of the tablets, and then make appropriate fine adjustments until they are qualified.

5. Adjustment of powder conveying quantity: After the filling quantity is adjusted, adjust the particle quantity. First, loosen the screw on the side of the bucket frame, and then rotate the adjusting screw on the bucket frame to adjust the distance between the bucket mouth and the working surface of the turntable. Generally speaking, it is qualified to observe that the particle accumulation at the inlet does not overflow. After adjustment, tighten the screws.

6. Choice of speed: It is relatively simple to adjust the speed. Turn the adjusting knob clockwise to increase the speed, and vice versa. The key is the choice of speed, which has a direct impact on the service life of the machine, tablet weight and tablet quality. Because of the different properties, viscosity, water content, particle size distribution, tablet diameter, pressure and so on, it can not be determined uniformly, but only according to the actual situation and the experience of technicians. However, in general, if materials with large mineral and plant fiber content, large diameter and poor viscosity are pressed, low-pressure tabletting should be adopted. The maximum speed is generally not more than 25 rpm. On the contrary, if the particles with good viscosity, good fluidity, small chip diameter and easy molding are pressed, a higher speed can be selected. The optimum tabletting speed can be obtained by pressure test and adjustment. It is suggested that the rotation speed should not exceed 80% of the highest rated rotation speed during continuous tabletting.
