Look at the seal. Genuine cigarettes have a flat and consistent long side hot sealing pattern, showing fine water ripples, which is the shrinkage texture formed by the cigarette transparent paper when it is heated under relatively constant pressure and temperature. Counterfeit cigarettes are usually sealed by hand or heat-sealed on an iron at a non-constant temperature, and the operation is arbitrary, which may easily result in different forms of sealing on the transparent paper of cigarettes.
