Before the production of health food, food manufacturers must apply to the local provincial health administrative department, the provincial health administrative department to review and agree to the applicant's health license to add "× × health food" licensing program before production.
Article XV of the application for the production of health food, the following information must be submitted:
(a) have direct jurisdiction over the health administrative department issued by a valid food production and operation of health permits;
(b) "Health Food Approval Certificate," the original or a copy of the certificate;
(c) the production of health food companies to develop corporate standards, health norms for production enterprises
(d) technology transfer or co-production, should be submitted to the holder of the "Health Food Approval Certificate" signed by the technology transfer or co-production of a valid contract;
(e) production conditions, production and technical personnel, quality assurance system of the situation;
(f) three batches of products, quality and health inspection reports.
