Does the transformation of hospital sewage treatment equipment need EIA?

Need to do environmental assessment.

Environmental impact assessment (EIA) can be defined as the process of predicting the environmental consequences of project development. Environmental impact assessment aims at evaluating and expressing the impact of any available method on the environment in the decision-making process, and is an important method to ensure the survival of personnel under environmental conditions. It is a method and system to analyze, predict and evaluate the possible environmental impact after the implementation of planned construction projects, put forward countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts, and track and monitor them.

On February 23rd, 20021/kloc-0, Liu Zhiquan, director of the Department of Environmental Impact Assessment and Emission Management of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, said that at present, all the achievements of "three lines and one order" (red line of ecological protection, bottom line of environmental quality, online utilization of resources, and list of access to ecological environment) at the provincial and municipal levels have been released, and more than 40,000 environmental control units have been designated, and the accuracy of each unit has generally reached the township level, basically establishing coverage. The results of "three lines and one order" are widely used to support planning EIA review and project EIA approval in the field of major planning preparation, which improves the review efficiency.
