Medical water system operation process

(1) open the water inlet valve, observe the water pressure gauge to ensure that there is pressure.

(2)Open the power switch on the host and the transfer pump switch, the machine will start working normally (each time before the start of the water supply first flushing indicator light, automatic flushing for about 30 seconds, then enter the normal working state). The original water pump switch on the host and the high

pressure pump switch has been kept open.

(3) Turn off the power switch on the mainframe before leaving work at night.

4. Maintenance

(1) Sanitary cleaning of the appearance is carried out daily. Every day on the operation of the equipment for regular inspection, pay attention to observe the pressure gauge on the panel of the host, in the normal operation of the equipment, the panel of the working pressure F is 0.8-1.0MPa, the working pressure F is

0.5MPa or so. When the mainframe is working, the voltmeter indicates at 380V position, that is to say, the equipment is energized, operate carefully to avoid danger.

(2) Add water and salt to the salt tank regularly. Must ensure that the salt tank can be seen in the undissolved salt (avoid adding iodized salt). Each time to record the amount of salt, time and other information.

(3) The ambient temperature cannot be lower than 2℃ or higher than 50℃. When the equipment is not in use, it is also necessary to ensure a continuous supply of water and electricity. After a long period of water and power outages, the water production time should be readjusted when in use.

(4)Maintenance and Replacement

1)Pre-filter: Replace every two weeks or one month. In the replacement should be turned off the power switch and water inlet main valve, and then open the valve on the top of the filter, drain off the pressure in the pipeline after the replacement. Replace 1 unit at a time and make a good record of the replacement.

2)Sand filter: replace every seven years; activated carbon: replace every three years; resin: replace every three years reverse osmosis filter membrane: replace every three years; air filter: replace every two to three years.
