Article 20 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Hygiene Licenses The administrative department of health shall examine the application for a health license for catering and canteen operators:
(a) The hygiene management system, the organization, and the professionally trained full-time and part-time Food hygiene management personnel set up;
(2) food processing and business premises of the site, environment, building structure, layout, separation, area, etc.;
(3) toilets, processing and production of special rooms, locker rooms, warehouses, water supply, ventilation, lighting, dust and rodent pest control, waste storage, cleaning, disinfection, utensils and other sanitation facilities and equipment set up;
(d) food procurement, storage, processing and food and other operational processes such as pollution control measures;
(e) health inspection of employees;
(f) provincial health administrative department of the other contents of the regulations.
