Overview of Hainan Software Vocational College Hainan Software Vocational College of Technology was approved by the Hainan Provincial People's Government in March 2003, the Ministry of Education recorded the establishment of the former Hainan Qionghai Normal College, which was founded by the former Hainan Qionghai Normal College.
