Vacuum generator working principle

Vacuum generator is a new type of new, efficient, clean, economic, small vacuum components using a positive pressure gas source to generate negative pressure.

Vacuum generator as a means of realizing automation, has been in the electronics, semiconductor components assembly, automotive assembly, automatic handling machinery, light industrial machinery, food machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, plastic products machinery, packaging machinery, forging machinery, robotics and many other aspects of a wide range of applications.

The traditional use of vacuum generator is suction cups with, for a variety of materials adsorption, handling, especially suitable for adsorption of fragile, soft, thin scrap iron, non-metallic materials or spherical objects. The working principle of the vacuum generator is to use the nozzle high-speed jet of compressed air, the nozzle outlet to form a jet, resulting in volume suction flow. Under the effect of coiling suction, the air around the nozzle outlet is continuously sucked away, so that the pressure in the adsorption chamber is reduced to below atmospheric pressure, forming a certain vacuum.

Vacuum generating device has two kinds of vacuum pump and vacuum generator. Vacuum pump is the suction port to form a negative pressure, the exhaust port directly through the atmosphere, both ends of the pressure ratio is very large pumping gas machinery. Vacuum generator is the use of compressed air flow and the formation of a certain degree of vacuum pneumatic components, compared with the vacuum pump, its structure is simple, small size, light weight, low price, easy to install, easy to composite with the supporting parts, vacuum generation and lifting of fast, suitable for intermittent work in the flow is not large, suitable for decentralized use.

Vacuum generator negative pressure gauge to connect the air pipe steps are as follows:

1, look around the negative pressure gauge, find the interface on the gauge body. Usually, the negative pressure gauge will have two or three interfaces, one for negative pressure and one or two for pressure.

2. Find the air outlet of the vacuum generator. A vacuum generator is a piece of processing equipment that can produce a vacuum below atmospheric pressure by venting into an environment with a large difference in air pressure.

3. Determine the range of air pressure that the negative pressure gauge can withstand. By checking the instruction manual of the negative pressure gauge or the relevant signs, understand the range of air pressure value that the negative pressure gauge can bear, and then confirm whether the outlet of the vacuum generator is within the range. If it is not in the range, you need to add a regulator or other pressure control equipment.

4. Connect the gauge to the vacuum generator using normal air tubing. Often it is better to use a rigid air hose connection because it prevents air pressure leaks.

5. Turn on the air supply switch and check if the air line connection is tight. After checking the air hose connection, you can try to use a vacuum generator to produce a vacuum effect, while carefully observing the response of the negative pressure gauge for debugging.
