Tertiary Eye Hospital

I. More than 80 beds.

Second, departmental settings:

(a) clinical departments: at least cataract, glaucoma, keratoconus, fundus disease, ocular trauma, refractive eye muscle and oncoplastic specialties, anesthesiology, ophthalmology and preventive health care;

(b) medical and technical departments: laboratory, radiology, pathology, pharmacy, supply room, operating room, optometry and visual field room, ultrasonic chamber, fundus fluoroscopy room, case room. The medical and technical departments: laboratory, radiology, pathology, pharmacy, supply room, operating room, optometry vision room, ultrasound room, fundus fluorescence angiography room, laser room, case room.

III. Personnel:

(a) at least 1.1 health technicians per bed;

(b) at least 0.4 nurses per bed;

(c) at least 3 physicians with the title of associate physician or above per specialty.

Fourth, housing:

(a) the floor area of not less than 40 square meters per bed;

(b) the ward net use area of not less than 6 square meters per bed.

V. Equipment:

Sixth, the development of rules and regulations, personnel responsibility system, there are nationally developed or recognized medical and nursing technical procedures, and available in book form.
