3. Whoever fabricates terrorist information related to the novel coronavirus epidemic, or knowingly spreads it, seriously disrupting social order, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance for the crime of fabricating and intentionally spreading false information; If serious consequences are caused, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.

3. What are the legal consequences of not cooperating with the epidemic prevention regulations?
