According to Article 17 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners": Those who apply to participate in the qualification examination for road dangerous goods transport loading and unloading managers and escort personnel should Apply to the municipal transportation department in the district where you are registered or temporarily reside, fill in the "Application Form for the Qualification Examination for Road Dangerous Goods Transport Practitioners", and provide the following materials: identity certificate and copy; academic certificate and Copies; relevant training certificates and copies.
The transportation authorities and road transportation management agencies shall arrange examinations for applicants who meet the application conditions. The transportation authorities and road transportation management agencies shall announce the examination results within 10 days after the examination. For those who pass the examination, the corresponding road transportation practitioner qualification certificate shall be issued within 10 days from the date of announcement of the examination results.
