Confirm the installation position of air conditioner and the design of air outlet.
Before installation, it is necessary to confirm the model of the machine installed in each room, and confirm the installation position of the indoor machine according to the functional requirements and layout of different spaces.
Determine the air return mode of central air conditioning: The common air supply modes of central air conditioning are side air outlet, side air outlet, lower air outlet and lower air outlet.
Side return: the most common installation method, various tuyeres, can be used to lengthen the tuyere, or use 3D airflow plate to make the air supply softer.
Side back: a row of wardrobes can be made below, and the ceiling is flush with the wardrobe to increase the storage space. Note that the distance between the air outlet and the air return outlet should be greater than 1.5m to avoid short circuit of air flow.
Back to the lower side: the most common problem in the living room is that hot air can't reach the ground in winter because the lamp slot is blocked. When refrigerated in summer, the lamp trough is prone to condensation and the ceiling is moldy. The special central air conditioner for the lamp trough returns air through the lower air outlet side, which greatly improves the heating performance of the air conditioner in winter, and the hot air can reach the ground more easily.
Next time: it is often installed in kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and other spaces, and the air conditioning panel is flush with the ceiling. One-way airflow embedded indoor unit can be selected in the space with beams, and the air supply can directly reach the soles of feet, with good heating effect.
When the central air conditioner for special kitchen is actually installed, it must be installed above the actual operator. The wind can blow on the person who cooks, and there will be no safety hazard. If the machine is installed behind people, the air from the air conditioner will directly blow out the flames on the stove, which is very dangerous.
In order to facilitate the later operation and maintenance of the central air conditioner, the maintenance port should be reserved when installing the central air conditioner, so as to reduce the maintenance cost and save materials.
Matters needing attention in indoor machine hoisting
In the construction site, in order to prevent the dust in the blank room from entering the machine, the paper dust cover will be used to cover the air outlet to keep the machine clean and ensure the air conditioning effect.
Each suspender needs to be fixed with double nuts, which can ensure as smooth as possible.
The suspender should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the ceiling height, increase noise, waste materials and affect the normal installation of the panel.
The indoor unit will generate vibration during operation, and the rubber damping pad can offset part of the vibration. In addition, the top of the indoor machine should keep a distance from the ceiling, and the bottom should also keep a distance from the keel to avoid the vibration between the machine and the floor.
After the machine is fixed indoors, level it with a spirit level to avoid poor drainage of condensed water caused by equipment inclination.
Requirements of auxiliary materials for central air conditioning
Copper tubes with different diameters also have corresponding requirements for wall thickness. Too thin copper pipes are easy to crack, leading to refrigerant leakage. Daikin fortification requires that the copper tube must be greater than 0.8mm, so that the copper tube will not crack during flare welding.
Air-conditioning copper pipe processing: use a professional cutting machine to cut the copper pipe to ensure that the cutting section of the copper pipe is complete and flat. After cutting, use a deburring tool to deburr the inner side of the copper tube to ensure that excess dust will not enter the copper tube.
Different types of pipes have corresponding requirements for the thickness of thermal insulation cotton. Daikin Factory requires that thermal insulation cotton must be used above 15 mm, and too thin thermal insulation cotton may condense during the operation of the equipment, resulting in water leakage. Adhesive-free ta
The drain pipe shall be installed obliquely, with the gradient of 1: 100, so as to ensure the smooth drainage of the air conditioner.
In order to ensure the smooth discharge of condensed water, it is necessary to ensure that the condensed water pipeline has an air outlet with no upward direction or a shielding cap.
For the indoor unit with condensate lift pump, it is suggested that the exhaust port should be located at the confluence pipe; For the indoor unit without condensate lift pump, it is recommended to set the exhaust port at the outlet side of the indoor unit.
If the condensed water goes to the floor drain, it is necessary to install a quick-acting valve on the pipeline to prevent some air from flowing back to the room to produce odor.
The leak test of refrigerant pipeline is to check the sealing condition of copper pipe and confirm whether there is any leakage in the pipeline system. Generally, we will do a 24-hour nitrogen filling and pressure maintaining experiment to see if there is any leakage in the copper tube.
Acceptance of condensate pipe: full water experiment: fill the condensate pipe with water and check whether the joint of the whole pipe leaks. Water flow experiment: slowly inject water into the drainage pipe from the highest point of the water pipe to confirm whether there is water flowing out of the drainage point. If the water displacement is more than 70% of the injected water, it is qualified.
Outdoor unit placement position
First of all, there should be enough space around the outdoor unit to ensure the heat dissipation effect; Secondly, there should be enough maintenance space; Finally, there should be no sundries near the outdoor unit, which will affect the heat dissipation and thus affect the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor unit.
Outdoor air conditioners are generally placed in the following ways:
1. Outside or placed on the cross beam between buildings, the front and side of the equipment are unobstructed, as long as the distance between the equipment and the wall reaches 10cm, but this method is not conducive to maintenance.
2. Open balcony: For the open balcony without grille, the distance between the back and side of the balcony and the wall should be greater than 10 ~ 15cm, and pay attention to the space above and at the top of the equipment above1m.
In addition, the front of the outdoor unit should not be blocked by obstacles. If the open balcony has a grille, the grille should not be too dense, and the ventilation rate of the grille is above 80%. The blinds should also be tilted down by 20 degrees, and the outdoor unit should be placed as close as possible to the grille to ensure maximum heat dissipation.
If there is a wall in front of the outdoor unit, leave more than 1m on the back and top. If the front wall is less than half the height of the machine, it is greater than 1m, and if the front wall is more than half the height of the machine, it is greater than 2m.
3. Location requirements of single fan outdoor unit: If the front and side are not covered, leave 10cm at the back. If the back and both sides are blocked, leave 10 cm at the back and 5 cm at both sides.
