(3) not charging: generator fan belt slipping or connecting wires broken, should adjust the fan belt tension or generator connecting wires connected correctly and firmly; ammeter damage or polarity reversed, should be replaced or positive and negative polarity of the wire to the right; generator internal failure, should be repaired or replacement of the generator; regulator damage should be replaced in a timely manner.
(4) after powering up the instrumentation does not work properly: the water temperature gauge or oil pressure gauge indicates the highest level, the engine can not return to the normal instructions, mainly instrumentation, sensors or fuses are damaged, should be replaced with the appropriate instrumentation, the corresponding sensors or fuses. Engine running tachometer does not move or indication is not allowed, if the wiring is off, tachometer damage, sensor damage, should be connected to the plug, replace the instrument, replace the sensor. If the sensor port and the flywheel gear top clearance is too large, the gap should be adjusted to 1.5 ~ 2.5 mm can be.
