If it is the connection between mobile substations, it should also mark the connection number of the mobile substation.
2. In the laying of cables in this working face, the method of putting cables into the well and hanging them on the cut coal wall is adopted. Cable hooks should be hung up in advance, and the spacing should not be too far within 2.5 meters. Plastic cable hooks are too fragile and easy to break, so it is not allowed to use too much force when laying cables. It is best to add iron cable hooks between plastic cable hooks. If there are no iron cable hooks, they can be tied with iron wires to share the bearing capacity of cable hooks. There is no cable hook on the coal wall on the mining side of the installation site of the main running carrier, so the cable can be hung on the roof with iron wire and must be fixed, otherwise the cable plug will fall off. The allowance reserved for each cable in the main transport gateway is 45 meters for the cable of the loader, 4 meters for the cable of the crusher, 45 meters for the cable of the shearer and 2 meters for the cable of the conveyor head. In the cut, the cable should be hung on the roof at the machine nest of the shearer to prevent the installation of the shearer from being affected.
3. Several problems that should be paid attention to when the cable is hung in the cut: 1) The insulation of the cable should be shaken regularly to remove the moisture immersed in the cable, and the plastic sheet should be wrapped again after shaking; 2) The cable shall be inspected regularly, and the broken cable hook shall be replaced in time. 3) During the installation of the equipment in the working face, it is easy to crush the cables hanging on the coal wall, so people should be arranged to watch them. 4) The cables should be protected by putting reflective signs on the collision-prone places of the moving team.
4. Slotting and shelving of working face cables: after the working face loader, conveyor, support and equipment train are in place. If the cable behind the equipment train is bound by monorail crane or leather, the monorail crane should be installed in place or the leather should be prepared, and the cable trough on the tail of the conveyor should be installed in advance before the tail enters the well. Because the cable has been hung on the coal wall in advance, it does not need a lot of manpower to drag the cable, but only a small number of personnel, and gradually put it in the cable trough of the conveyor from bottom to top according to the order of the cable on the coal wall. The cable head should have a margin of 1.5-2 meters at the connected motor; The cable shall be left with a 1m allowance at the entrance of the nose and exit of the tail of the conveyor. When the cable enters the slot, a special person shall be arranged to record the break of the cable and the position of cold repair or hot repair, and the number of the corresponding bracket one by one; The cable of shearer should leave a 5-meter margin from the main hauling head to the tail of conveyor, and then turn from the lower slot to the upper slot at three cable slots in the direction of conveyor head from the middle slot. The 66 power supply cable of the working face should also be inserted into the cable slot at the same time.
2. Several problems that should be paid attention to in the installation of equipment trains:
1. According to the arrangement of equipment trains in the past and the needs of equipment trains in this work, determine the arrangement order of equipment trains and draw the arrangement diagram.
2. Prepare the materials needed for the equipment train in advance.
1) The lighting of the equipment train includes lighting lamps, cables, lamp holders and bolts for fixing the lamp holders;
2) The grounding device of the equipment train includes grounding flat iron, grounding connection wire, grounding electrode, grounding galvanized bolt and grounding wire for auxiliary grounding of mobile substation and comprehensive protection; Connecting plate and connecting pin of equipment train.
3) Cable racks and cable plugs on the equipment train should be installed in place before entering the well, including special cable racks behind the air compressor;
4) Track, track splint and bolts for equipment trains;
5) In the equipment train, a special cable hook is used to hang cables behind the mobile substation;
3. Before entering the well, all the equipment of the equipment train should be inspected, cleaned and repainted, and the defective parts should be filled and repaired in time.
4. according to the past working face and the length of cables used, determine the distance from the tail of the equipment train to the tail of the conveyor.

When the equipment train is installed, the distance from the coal wall on the mining side should be wider than that during production, and a margin of 1.4m to 1.5m should be reserved between the mining side edge of the rail on the mining side and the coal wall, so as to facilitate the cable laying, the removal of the rear water pipe of the train and the hanging of hydraulic management.
6. When the equipment train enters the well, it should be numbered and marked with the direction towards the working face.
7. The easily lost parts on the equipment train should be transported separately or fixed.
8. Take measures to protect the easily damaged parts of the last car, such as the observation window of the switch, and isolate the switch handle.
3. Laying of auxiliary transport gateway cable and installation of high-voltage junction box
1. Cable hooks of auxiliary transport gateway should be installed or supplemented in advance

4. The cable should be straightened, and there should be no excess left at the junction box, so as not to cross other cables.

4) The welding joint of the ring chain vertical ring deviates from the middle plate of the chute, that is, the welding joint of the upper chain vertical ring faces upwards and the welding joint of the lower chain vertical ring faces downwards.

2. Power supply, communication and lighting system installation of the equipment in the working face:

7) The communication of the working face and the installation of lighting lamps should be carried out step by step following the installation of the support. The required materials should be prepared in advance, including the loudspeaker telephone and communication wire for the working face, the shelf and bolts for fixing the loudspeaker telephone, the cable hook for hanging the cable, the bracket lamp, the cable for connecting the bracket lamp and the bolts for fixing the bracket lamp.
8) The pipeline of the bracket should be connected in time following the installation of the bracket, and the number should be marked out in time.
9) The public address telephone of the working face should be connected with the equipment train controller in time to ensure the communication of the working face.
3. What should be paid attention to when installing the shearer in the working face:
) Before entering the shearer, the insulation degree of each motor and the completeness of each component must be strictly checked, and the missing parts should be filled in time.
1) There should be enough gaps in the installation site of the working face, commonly known as machine nests, to facilitate the storage of shearer parts.
2) The top plate support at the installation site shall be intact and firm, the bottom plate shall be clean and well ventilated.
3) Prepare materials: lifting ring, steel rope noose, chain block, square sleeper, liquid gun and liquid pipe.
4) When lifting parts or single extruded parts, no personnel are allowed to stand nearby, and the commander should choose a safe place on the spot.
5) When electricians and machinists use electricity, parallel operation should be avoided to prevent accidental injury.
6) Electricians should carry out the construction in strict accordance with the wiring technology and explosion-proof standards, and the lines should not be connected by mistake.
7) Electricians are forbidden to work with electricity, and machinists are forbidden to repair the equipment when it is running, so it is necessary to shut down the power in time.
8) Where cables are easily damaged, wrap them with leather before trying the machine again.
9) The lighting device of shearer should be completed before commissioning.
4. How to check when the scraper conveyor is in no-load trial operation:
1) Check whether the cable hanger and switch and the controller are working normally;
2) check whether the oil tanks of each reducer and lubricating point are short of oil;
3) Check the conveyor for personnel operation and obstacles;
4) Order the low-speed motor at the head of the motor, the low-speed motor at the tail, the high-speed motor at the head and the high-speed motor at the tail, and check whether their rotation directions are consistent. If they are inconsistent, rectify them in time.
5) check whether the head and tail friction clutch, reducer, sprocket of each connecting bolt, chain divider, guard plate and chain pressing block are intact, fastened and lubricated.
6) check the middle part: check whether the scraper chain, scraper, connecting ring and nut are correct and firm step by step from the nose sprocket. After checking for 4-5 meters, make a clear mark on the scraper; Then start the motor to run the marked scraper to the sprocket of the nose; Then check from this mark to the tail, all the way to the tail; Mark the scraper at the tail again, and then check the situation of the middle trough, coal shovel plate and coal retaining plate from the tail to the nose. Go back to the nose, start the motor to run the scraper marked at the tail to the sprocket of the nose, and then repeat the inspection of the scraper chain at the tail until the tail. At this point, the scraper chain was inspected for a cycle. Problems found in the inspection should be dealt with in time.
7) chain tightening: after the conveyor runs at no load, the chutes eliminate the gap, and the scraper chain is bound to be slack, so the chain must be tightened again.
5. Problems that should be paid attention to when installing the shearer in the working face for trial operation:
Appearance inspection
1) Complete parts and components. The bolts and screws are firm, and the handles and buttons are flexible and correct.
2) Whether the oil quality and quantity meet the requirements, and whether there is oil leakage or water leakage;
3) Move the drum by hand, and there should be no jam. Pick and nozzle are complete and intact.
4) whether the motor wiring is correct, whether the drum rotates in the right direction, and whether the two traction motors rotate in the same direction.
5) Whether the cable clamps are complete, whether the length is appropriate, and whether the towing device is fixed.
6) whether the electronic control peripheral equipment includes the terminal operating station and the early warning device is installed in place.
7) whether the oil leakage of the cutting part on the rocker arm is clear.
8) whether the locking device of the conveyor is installed in place.
attention should be paid to the trial operation:
1) The machine should have no abnormal noise, and the temperature of each part should be normal and conform to the regulations.
2) The drum can be lifted flexibly, and the time for lifting to the highest and lowest points is in accordance with the regulations.
3) Good internal and external spray, no oil leakage and water leakage
4) Normal traction and flexible control.
5) Whether the remote control operation and the operation of each operating point are flexible.

1. What preparations should the telescopic belt conveyor make before installation underground?

4) In order to facilitate transportation, the large pieces should be disassembled and marked, so as to facilitate the corresponding installation. Protective measures should be taken for the exposed machined surfaces to prevent collision damage.
2. How to lay and install the telescopic belt conveyor underground?
